What kind of plan do I need?
The floor plan you have is enough: a plan image or a phone photo of it. One readable dimension is enough to set the scale.
How true is the video to the real apartment?
Walls, doors and windows are where the plan puts them, and rooms match the plan's dimensions. The camera moves at eye level, 1.6 meters high. Furniture, materials and decor are representative; you can tell us the style and view you want.
Is this an AI video?
We build the apartment from your plan, to its dimensions, and we draw the camera route ourselves. We use AI to help produce the realistic imagery. So the apartment in the video isn't imagined; it's the one in your plan.
Where can I use the video?
On your sales office screen, on listing sites, on Instagram and on WhatsApp. The video can be landscape or vertical; vertical suits phones and social media.
I have several unit types. Can you do them all?
Yes. Each unit type gets its own video.
Do I need to do anything technical?
